Is There Anything Else We Should Know?

Please note, we require Utilities to remain connected for us to complete all jobs. 50% payment will be forfeited if we arrive at the job and Utilities have been disconnected.

If the property is fully furnished, there is an additional cost of $100 + GST to navigate the clean around the furniture. Inside of cupboards will not be cleaned if there are items in them, and our vacate cleans do not include the cleaning of any crockery
